Anyone can easily make pickles by simply pickling vegetables of their choice. We used lemon vinegar with a refreshing sour taste and added spices. The refreshing sourness and spicy accent of the spices enhances the flavor of the ingredients. It can also be used for marinating seafood and carpaccio.
